Online Store Policies

We thank you for choosing to do business with INFINITY CORALS and Aqua-Dreams Aquarium. 

Some of the products displayed on our website, such as lighting systems, are web-available only, and not necessarily available in the retail store.  We offer a large variety of products on our site that are sold by web-order only.  Please contact us directly via email or phone to inquire about specific items.  Items ordered on our site may be shipped or picked up at the retail location.  Allow 7-14 days for shipping and arrival of most items.  We will notify you of any manufacturer back-orders or shipping delays that may arise.  All orders are pre-paid only.  New products added regularly!

IMPORTANT :   DUE TO DIFFERENT TYPES OF SHIPPING CLASSIFICATIONS, LIVE CORAL / INVERTS ORDERS MUST BE PLACED SEPARATELY FROM EQUIPMENT / SUPPLIES ORDERS. 

Minimum Order: There is no minimum order.

Returns Policy:  Returns of live corals or invertebrates are not accepted under any circumstances.  Returns of new / unused aquarium products are accepted within 14 days.  Please contact Aqua Dreams via phone or email for return authorization.  Returns must be new / unused in exact packaging.  Customer pays return shipping in all cases.  Some items such as special order lighting systems will incur a 15% restocking fee if returned, so please call or email us with any questions prior to ordering if you are unsure on an items size or application.   Items that are damaged in shipping will be replaced with exact item.  Contact us for instructions, and be sure to save all packaging in case of a claim with the shipping carrier.   Items that become defective or needing post-purchase warranty service will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer and are not returnable to Aqua Dreams, unless the manufacturer has contacted us and authorized us to return or replace the product.  Please contact the manufacturer if you have an issue with a product that you believe is under warranty.  Also feel free to contact us if you need additional help getting warranty service on lighting systems, pumps, etc.  We are here to help, and we have many years of experience dealing with manufacturers- please give us a call or email with any issues we will always try to help resolve. 

Warranties and Guarantees: 

LIVE CORALS GUARANTEE: Live corals have a 48 hour guarantee, beginning with the time fedex delivers the box.  If a coral perishes, please photograph it and contact us for a credit on a future order.  No refunds will be issued on any livestock.  In some cases, we require the dead coral skeleton to be sent back to us so please don't discard until contacting us.  We have over 20 years in handling and shipping corals.  We have a 99.5% success rate at shipping corals, so rest assured your coral should arrive in perfect shape.  If for some reason it does not, please contact us and we will give you credit or replacement on a future order.  Be sure to acclimate properly, particularly if the box is exposed to cold temperatures.  The customer's success and satisfaction is always our priority and number one goal, at Aqua Dreams- if you're not happy, neither are we.

PRODUCTS WARRANTY:  Each product we sell is warrantied by the manufacturer and will vary from product to product.  Most manufacturers will honor warranty and repair service directly through them.  Please check the product packaging, literature, or manufacturer's website for proper use, installation, and warranty details.  In some instances, we can replace defective products for you if the manufacturer gives us authorization to do so, in cases where repair is not possible.  Either way, please contact us for assistance if you don't receive satisfactory results from one of our manufacturers.
