CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR DRY GOODS AND LIVE ITEMS AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes, however, you must place 2 orders in our system, 1 for live items, 1 for dry goods. The shipping system differs for Fedex Overnight versus normal ground shipments, so we require you to keep them separate. Minimums for free shipping apply separately to live orders versus dry-goods orders. Select a Live coral shipping option for your livestock order, and a dry-goods shipping option for your supplies order- separately.
WILL I FIND THE WEBSITE PRODUCTS IN THE RETAIL STORE?
Sometimes. Although many popular items are in stock in the retail store, the web store specializes in many additional items that will not be found in our retail store. If you desire retail store pick-up of your order, select the store pick-up option when checking out. We will notify you when your items will be ready for pickup.
AM I GUARANTEED THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE CORAL I PURCHASED?
Although we update our website daily, some corals may be unavailable for purchase. Occasionally a coral becomes sick or damaged, or sold out, and can not be purchased. After ordering, you will be notified if a coral is unavailable and given the option to choose an additional item or offered a similar item. Some customers find it convenient to order one or two extra items, in case one of their selections is not available.
IF MY CORALS & INVERTS ORDER QUALIFIES FOR FREE SHIPPING, BUT AN ITEM I ORDERED IS UNAVAILABLE, WILL I STILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING?
To qualify for free shipping, your shippable order total must meet the minimum. If an item you ordered is unavailable you will be contacted and given the option of adding an additional item to your order to maintain free shipping status, prior to shipping your order.
